    Parts Representative
    Location: West Chicago, IL * Waukesha, WI

    Because of continued growth we are looking for a Parts Representative to join our team in West Chicago, IL and Waukesha, WI.
    Efficiently serve customers in a courteous & cordial manner and solicit additional sales, which insure customer satisfaction and maximum efficiency for the business. Coordinate activities and cooperate with other departments of the business to best serve the needs of the customer (external and internal). Sell the company parts, labor and whole goods service at all times.

    Responsibilities will include: Handle incoming customer phone calls and walk in traffic relating to parts sales, inquires and technical assistance. Assist customers by properly identifying needed items by using manufacturer/vendor parts catalogs or computer business system. Fill customer orders, price items and print sales tickets. Handle payment arrangements at time of sale for any non-credit accounts via cash, check or credit card. Ensure that the customer, technician or salesman receives the correct part and on time, as promised. Be complete and accurate in entering all transactional information in the corporate business system in a prompt, efficient and timely manner. Assist in cycle counting and annual physical inventory. Assist in handling shipping and receiving effects to ensure timely processing & delivery.


    To be qualified: Prefer mechanical and/or construction equipment knowledge. Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and organizational skills. Must have the ability to multi task and make good decisions. Ability to understand and follow instructions in English. Lift up to 75 pounds at minimum. Excellent computer skills (MS Windows programs, Internet, and email) and navigate efficiently. The environment is mainly inside; sometimes outside duties are required.


    Assistant Parts Manager

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Parts Manager to join our team in Waukesha, WI. Assistant Parts Manager Qualifications: Experience leading and directing a team. Have strong verbal & written communication skills to serve customers in a professional manner. Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail in order to process orders timely and accurately. This includes processing customer orders, entering data into company business system, tagging warranty parts, controlling inventory. Have at least 3 years of experience in a related field. Be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Be able to understand and follow instructions in English.

    Construction Equipment Mechanic
    Location: West Chicago, IL * Kaukauna, WI * Madison, WI

    Immediate opening for full time Construction Equipment Mechanic.
    Responsibilities will include the maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on a variety of customer equipment, primarily Ditch Witch underground construction equipment both in the shop and on customer job sites. You will be responsible for service documentation, ordering parts as necessary through the Parts Department, maintaining assigned service trucks, and travelling to customer sites.

    The ideal candidate will have knowledge of heavy equipment systems, an understanding of safe job practices for repairing equipment and must have a CDL (class A, airbrakes, combination and tanker endorsement) or be able to obtain a Commercial Driver’s License.


    Field Heavy Equipment Mechanic
    Location: Brownsburg, IN * Fort Wayne, IN

    Immediate opening for full time Field Heavy Equipment Mechanic.

Because of continued growth we are looking for an experienced Field Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team to service the Brownsburg IN, Fort Wayne IN and Madison WI areas respectively. This person would work independently in the field but be a part of our Indiana or Wisconsin team.

    The ideal candidate will understand electrical/hydraulic systems and schematics & utilize them to diagnose and repair equipment. Demonstrate a full range of abilities to diagnose, repair & maintain construction equipment. Have a valid CDL Class A and medical card. Have strong basic computer skills & the ability to operate various software programs. Be able to lift at least 100 pounds and carry 50 pounds, stoop, bend, climb and crawl without restrictions. Able to understand and communicate in English.
