    Sales Representative
    Location: Brownsburg, IN & Kaukauna, WI – Affiliated Company: 1st Choice Equipment

    Immediate opening for full time Outside Sales Representative.
    Responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals in a highly competitive and productive territory. Performing live equipment demonstrations on customer job sites and selling Kubota and Mustang construction equipment along with related brands and cross-selling company parts and service in assigned area. Attend trade shows, sales meetings and conferences as required, some overnight travel may be required. Maintain company supplied vehicle, electronic devices and other property assigned. Excellent communication skills required both written and oral, ability to apply computer skills including MS programs, email, internet and CRM. Good driving record and CDL license required or ability to obtain CDL in 6 months.


    Construction Equipment Mechanic
    Location: Carol Stream, IL

    Immediate opening for full time Construction Equipment Mechanic.
    Responsibilities will include the maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on a variety of customer equipment, primarily Ditch Witch underground construction equipment both in the shop and on customer job sites. You will be responsible for service documentation, ordering parts as necessary through the Parts Department, maintaining assigned service trucks, and travelling to customer sites.

    The ideal candidate will have knowledge of heavy equipment systems, an understanding of safe job practices for repairing equipment and must have a CDL (class A, airbrakes, combination and tanker endorsement) or be able to obtain a Commercial Driver’s License.


    Shop Manager
    Location: Carol Stream, IL

    Immediate opening for full time Shop Manager.
    Responsible for efficiently managing and directing all aspects of the shop operations in order to insure the maximum level of efficiency for Ditch Witch Midwest. Coordinates activities with other departments of the business to best serve the needs of the customer. Essential responsibilities will include: Assisting with machine diagnosis and troubleshooting, developing and managing shop technicians, ensuring quality of shop work, monitoring technician performance and maintain shop and yard organization and cleanliness.

    The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in related field and have a mechanical and supervisor background.


    Staff Accountant
    Location: Carol Stream, IL

    Immediate opening for full time Staff Accountant.
    Responsibilities will include support to the Controller & Business Manager in the responsibilities of the multi-company business office which includes accounting & finance activities. They would apply Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) by recording, analyzing and reporting of financial data that is required to provide Internal & External sources.

    The candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting. College degree required and CPA desired. The position also requires strong expertise with accounting software and MS software including Excel and Word. The position will require the individual to have excellent verbal & written communication skills, effective organizational & time management skills, maintain confidentiality, the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy, analytical & problem solving skills. There will be a requirement of overtime to meet important deadlines. The individual needs to be customer service oriented and willing to contribute to the company through a positive & respectful attitude.


    Parts and Service Representative
    Location: Waukesha, WI

    Immediate opening for full time Parts and Service Representative.
    Responsibilities will include to Assist customers by properly identifying needed items by using manufacturer/vendor parts catalogs or computer business system. Fill customer orders, price items and print sales tickets. Handle payment arrangements at time of sale for any non-credit accounts via cash, check or credit card. Ensure that the customer, technician or salesman receives the correct part and on time, as promised.

    The candidates must possess: ability to assist customers (both internal and external) by properly identifying needed items by using manufacturer/vendor parts catalogs or computer business system. Handle incoming customer phone calls, email and walk in traffic relating to parts sales, inquires and technical assistance. Fill customer orders, price items and print sales tickets. Handle payment arrangements at time of sale for any non-credit accounts via cash, check or credit card. Assist in cycle counting and annual physical inventory. Assist in handling shipping and receiving effects to ensure timely processing & delivery. Prefer mechanical and/or construction equipment knowledge. Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and organizational skills. Ability to understand and follow instructions in English. Lift up to 75 pounds at minimum. Computer skills (MS Windows programs, Internet, and email) and navigate efficiently. The environment is mainly inside; sometimes outside duties are required.


    Service Manager
    Location: Kaukauna, WI

    Immediate opening for full time Service Manager.
    Responsibilities will include to manage and direct all aspects of the Service Department operations which insures customer satisfaction and maximum efficiency for the business. Coordinate activities and cooperation with other departments of the business to best serve the needs of the customer. Maintain and document safety notices on customer owned equipment. Stay current on all manufacturer updates and competitive equipment. Responsible for insuring OSHA standards and company safety policies are complied with at all times. Update and teach Service Technicians as well as be willing to assist Service Technicians when needed. Oversee the charges for all service tickets, including: customer, internal and warranty work in a timely manner. You will be responsible for service documentation, ordering parts as necessary through the Parts Department, maintaining service trucks, and travelling to customer sites.

    To be qualified, all applicants should have a minimum of three years of experience in related field. Prefer mechanical and supervisor background. Ability to understand and follow instructions in English. Lift up to 50 pounds. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP & CRM systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
